Kusmi Tea recommends drinking 3 x 2 g of infused blend with 3 cups of water per day as part of a healthy lifestyle and a varied, balanced diet
Average nutrient values per 100ml of tea**: Energy value : 0 kJ / 0 kcal. Contains negligible amounts of fat, saturated fatty acids, carbohydrates, sugar, protein and salt. Ginseng extract: 1,26 g of ginseng root equivalent for 3x2 g of blend. **For 2g of blend infused for 3 minutes in 200 ml of 85°C water.
